UNICEF COUNTRY REPORT
We documented communication for development (C4D) programmes carried out by UNICEF and the its state bodies aiming at effective social and behavioural change change in various states in India. These projects were designed to advance the rights of children, adolescents and women to survival, growth, development, participation and protection by reducing inequities based on caste, ethnicity, gender, poverty, region or religion. We finished the documentation over a period of 7 months in 2016.
VISHWAS is a not-for-profit organisation working in the field of disability and inclusive development. Their programmes are rooted in the fundamental belief in EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND INCLUSION and respecting the right of every individual to live their life to the fullest with dignity. They believe that everyone has the right to access health care, education and livelihood options irrespective of disability, gender, class or caste.
